5. All Govt Admn goes on Authority and Responsibility of 'PRESIDENT OF INDIA' while the H'ble President NEVER USED EVEN ON ISSUES DELIBERATED/ CLARIFIED / DIRECTED / SUGGESTED BY H'ble SUPREME COURT since the Year 1963 .
C* On the whole, Clause 2 to 6 of Article 19 must be merged with Subclasses a to g of Clause 1 TO UPHOLD INTEREST OF GENERAL PUBLIC AS A WHOLE .
CITIZENSHIP MANDATED IN Articles 5 6 7 8 9 came into effect on 26-11-1949 BUT NOT IMPLEMENTED. Must be enforced forthwith .

I've a permanent solution to the Individual-Communal-Religious-Issues-Interlinkages' interlink-age of India . Such matters always glow as bright problems in India because India has decided to be Secular Democracy coupled with Freedom of Mind from the very beginning of Independent Existence as Indians. My solution is that there should be compulsory statutory short-service commission in Indian Army/Navy/Air Force for each and every born Indian during his/her life for a duration of not less than ten financial years . This will change the social personality of Individuals to wholly Indianian-secularism in individual character . more
