I have written in fssai circle and hope they will do something but independently DM Noida should ensure of the same.
It is common to find ice cream thelas right outside school and gutka selling within 50 myra of schools in Noida.

Sir, 1. यहां तो शराब बिकती है स्कूल के आगे आप cola की बात कर रहे हैं. 2. थाने के बाहर पटरियां लगी हैं आप ठेले की बात करते हैं. 3. Electricity dept. की premises पे कमरे किराए पर देते हैं. 4. पुलिस chowki के शीशे काले करके रखते हैं. 5. लूटपाट prone इलाके में अंधेरा करके रखते हैं. 6. नालों पर Schools चलते हैं. 7. अस्पतालों के बाहर गुटके बिकते हैं. 8. दवाइयां अस्पतालों के बाहर से लानी parti हैं. 9. नए नए वाहन सिर्फ कागजों में होते हैं. 10. Esi अस्पतालों की बिल्डिंग दाहा के भेसें बांधते हैं. 11. MP2 रोड pe रोड से चौरी पटरी बनाते हैं. 12. Builder को फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए 3 लेन की रोड को 2 लेन का करते हैं. 13. एक तरफ रोड के बीचों बीच street light के खम्बे gaarte हैं तो दूसरी तरफ service lane पर बनी निठारी की इमारतों को कुछ नहीं कहते. 14. जो काम जिम्मेवारी मांगते हैं उसे प्राइवेट कंपनी को दे देते हैं. 15. हमे केहते है china का सामान मत खरीदो khud Noida मेट्रो लेने china जाते हैं. 16. Public ने किससे पैसा लेके या कितना सोना बेच के अपने बच्चों की फीस भरी उसे ये A/c में दिखाते हैं, अप्सरों के paas पैसा कैसे इकट्ठा हो गया इसे ये पी जाते हैं. 17. कोई complaint करे तो वो दुश्मन.. और जो देश को मिलके खाए वो सेवादार. याद करो जब नोकरी के लिए apply करते हो.. और देखो अपने बच्चों को आजकल इतना पड़ने पर भी 15-20 हज़ार कमाना मुश्किल है उसके घर देर है पर तुम्हारी तरह अंधेर नहीं है more

Local MP/MLA/Noida Administration/Administrators are not giving attention to implementation of rules and there is no improvement in anti encroachment/ parking mafia/ traffic violations/spoil of public property by posters/gutka selling and much more. UP elections result gave hope. But it is getting worse day by day. A visit to Sec-18/Atta/Metro area shall give evidence. It is free for all. Dr Mahesh Sharma, during elections to his MLA stint, promised in public presentation with other candidates that he will support public representation in Noida Authority. But after being MLA, MP & cabinet minister, he is still to work on it even with BJP govts in Center and State. more

Noida Authority and its constitution might have been successful in purchasing/development/selling of land but in administration, transparency anti corruption measures has been much below the expectation. Policy of Noida Authority to show belief in organisations like RWA might have strengthened the corrupt practices of occupation of roads, parks, cycle tracks green belts. SP and BSP along with their administration has successfully turned noida into Dubai for workers of all over UP and Bihar. In present circumstance there appear to be no sign of improvement more

In UP Govt changed over but administration/elected politicians/RWA/FONRWA continue to be same and working in the same relationship as earlier. People appears to taking care of FONRWA/RWA elections than improvements to be brought in to make up the losses time during reign of SP and BSP. There is no reaction to uproot corruption, swachta Abhiyan, cleaning contracts, Improvement in collection and disposal of garbage. What to talk of banning soft drinks near schools. more
