Women Security and Law & Order For ensuring security to women in the country and betterment of Law & Order situation I suggest as under: Legislation should be passes in the following manner: 1. Any youth man/woman living in relation should inform to the MHA or a special Deptt. to be setup 2. In case anybody fails to do so or intentionally avoids to do so should be held responsible for any incidence of crime of rape, suicide, murder etc. 3. The information of such Live-in Relationship should be reported to the parents of both living in such relations 4. A message under regulation should be given to the public in general that in case of Rape, Suicide, Attempt to murder or Murder the share of the criminal in the property parents should be attached/disposed off on registration/establishment of crime 5. Obscene activities such as sexual off show/sexual dressing sense, conversation etc. should not be allowed in public places. Any such activity should be brought under criminal Act. 6. Co-Ed Schooling should be discouraged as more than 90% students gets involved in sexual activities. There are so many cases registered for rapes and video clippings and making them on public domains etc. 7. Institutions like schools, colleges, Offices, Industries and BPO's etc should be held responsible for any happenings in their premises and outside assignments. 8. Any case of sexual assault/incident should be reported within 3 days of happening or as soon as comes out of confinement, failing which it should be treated as mutual consent and no legal case should be registered 9.In Rural areas where Gram Panchayats are in existence, they should be responsible for establishment of peace and harmony in the village and should report the case to the concerned Police Station within three days of incident failing which legal action including removal from the post should be ensured 10. No marriage within Gotra and village should not be allowed even under Court Marriage Act. 11. In case inter-caste/religion marriage is being mutually agreed by Boy or Girl should be solemnized by the families in the society otherwise it should not be registered because social security by the families should be ensured 12. Employers of private service providers should ask for character certificates from the candidates before appointing and medical examination also should be conducted 13. In case the boy or girl threats the parents for their personal interests and reported to be involved in criminal activities, parents should report such cases to police or Deptt, established and in such cases attachment of the share of the criminal may be waved. 14. Liqueur cards should be issued to the alcohol consumers as per recommendations of doctors and quality of liqueur also should be prescribed by them. 15. Drugs and other poisoning items if consumed by any member of the family should be reported to the police/concerned department by any member of the family failing which all members may be booked for their consent. 16. Any other provision may be included if advised by anybody for improvement more
