Injustice against prepaid subscribers on service validity

There are 30-31 day's in a month and 90days in a quarter but prepaid subscribers are provided with 28days and 84days validity which means subscribers have to recharge 13times in a year instead of 12times and have to lose almost one month because of 84days validity 90-6*4 =336 rules should be equal for all be it prepaid or postpaid but even after knowing everything TRAI and DOT are silent and even after writing to ministry of telecom on PGTRAI says it doesn't handle individual complaints if an individual can run a country why individual complaints can't be handled in India which is regarding 90% of prepaid subscribers who generate revenue for telecom and are being looted by telecom nobody takes any action for valid questions even telecom companies say validity is as per TRAI norms but on TRAI website it is not mentioned anywhere that prepaid subscribers should get 28days validity and now it has become more worse that telecom companies have launched forced recharge plans to boost ARPU where unused balance gets lapsed and still TRAI is silent more

As long as company is stating that the plan is for 28 days or 84 days, I think we have no cause of complaint. The company is absolutely free to come out with a tariff for any duration as long as it is transparent. It could be any number of days whether one week, two week or say 28 days or 84 days etc.. more
Today telcos are providing forced recharge plans and reduced validity tomorrow banks will say use your money within 28days or account will freeze or pay minimum amount for withdrawal and increase validity of using your account what will you do you will ask RBI we are asking TRAI more
Company is free to come out with a tariff that is why now it has launched forced recharge plans because nobody is saying anything TRAI is also corrupt and is playing dual roles in the name of supporting subscribers people at age of retirement are handling important post and are slow in decision making and give useless suggestions in the name of having experience which are of no use for youngsters who fight against injustice sir If you would be in my place you would have understood what is the trouble caused due to reducing validity which doesn't make sense more
Trai Dot India didn't show interest in customer rights and support private companies for stealing money inappropriate way or torturing People of india. Companies like Vodafone cheated us and looting money with their recharge plans. more
If TRAI is silent on this means we should understand TRAI & TELCOs together planned to loot public. It's very clear without TRAI support TELCOs can't dare to do any more
It is better if we concentrate on the deactivation of our phones even when there is balance in the account. My phone was deactivated even when I had paid for full talk time but was not using much. I received message one fine day that in the next few days it will get deactivated unless I remit Rs 35 immediately. All my text messages from bank, stock brokers, and club, samaj, mandir etc come only on this number. I had to compulsorily remit Rs 35 more
It's not better this is irritation to customers if you calculate 35*13months is 455 and 38*12=456 so why recharge 13times when there are 12months in a year because you all are quite TRAI and telecom companies take advantage of this more
instead of 84 days if it is made 91 days as desired then the company will increase the tariff to 430 at the rate of Rs 4.5 or 5.00 per day. more
Calculation is simple in 245 they provide 84days validity with 245 talktime which is 2.91 rs per day so if they want to provide 91days validity it is 2 .91*91=264.81 and such increase doesn't make any difference and customers will get talktime of 265 rs with 91days validity more
