Innovation in subway maintainance- Swachh Bharat
NDMC converted one dirty subway (across Hanuman Mandir ) into a beautiful Tribal Art Haat. Now the maintainance and attaction of the subway is attracting a large number of visitors and passerbys. CLEANLINESS + SAFETY + EMPLOYMENT + CULTURAL REVIVAL . All at no cost . We should replicate this at all subways with such innovative HAATs- Tihar Jail produce, handicraft, khadi bazar , nature bazar, organic food bazar etc more

There must be one agency managing toilets all over the city with same standards.. need basic facilities every where which can work we can do it now that there is public awareness more

Good job but what disturbs me is why NDMC areas get preferrential treatment with most ideas taking place in that zone. For example, why can't we who live in MCD zones also get toilet facilities of the same quality as those in Lodi Gardens. It is time to end these double standards vis-a-vis NDMC and MCD and manage the entire city with a common standards of maintenance. more

very good use of the space and encourages cleanliness ...once people get used to clean public areas no one will let anybody litter...seen it myself once in Calcutta subway...the people are so proud ...Delhi metro is brand new and shining..we need to keep it that way ... more
