Inputs for Railway Budget

I request the Hon'ble Railway Minister to think / concentrate on the following:-
01. The Monthly Pass Rates should be increased to a great extent in respect of State and Central govt. employees, PSU and Pvt Sector Bank Employees, Court Staff etc., because these are the people who are getting hefty pockahes and still demanding for more, hence there is no point in providing subsidized travel tickets/ monthly passes to these people.
02. All small projects which are completed for more than 75% needs to be completed at the earliest and revenue should start generating from these projects.
03. Mineral water (refilling) machines to be installed at all major and semi major stations at reasonable refilling rates (eg. Rs. 5/- per liter).
04. Plat form ticket rates to be reduced to Rs. 5/- per 2 hour.
05. Some times it is seen that the Train starts without giving proper moving indication (Horn) which is very dangerous for elderly people. more

railway minister should concentrate on improving track, boggies, over all safety, infrastructure, maintenance of assets, not to spend money on escalator and visiting to enogaration of footpath escalotors in crores. more
The train timing of the sub-urban trains should be in such a way that first train goes with people packet and the next train with very less people. Fast train and the slow train should reach the central simultaneously. Departure timing may be different. the short journey train should be followed by long journey trains so as to avoid heavy crowd. more
Pls share to @sureshpprabhu @RailMinIndia more
