As the first topic in the whitepaper, we must come up with specific actions needed by Delhi Government for RWA Reform/Co-operative Society Reform and implementation of Mohalla Sabha.

Please focus on what is needed in this area. Would apprecaite if everyone can respond by replying to this in the next 24 hours.

Even before we write the white paper, we all need to clean ourselves and rid ourselves from all evils. more

Important mobile numbers should be published regularly for various services. In Delhi Vat Deptt. these days mismatch functions are careating big problem for CAs and dealers. For Ist qr. ,IInd qr. 2013-14 last date is 15.02.14. For year 2012-13 the last date is 16.02.14. The work load has increased very much. The officers should give time with fortnight intervals. Thanks for deleting AR-1 forms. more

RWA should be funded to install gates, cctv maintenance. Complaint/suggestion register should be kept at accessible place which can be shown to MLA. MLA should also sit periodically at advertised time and places as is done by Councillors. Fixed meetings of SHO with RWA and MLA, Coucillor to improve law and order situation. HTV should be challaned by proper surprise inspections. more
