This is really a difficult question to answer as it is difficult to define what is considered as harrassment by a person. However, all cuss words and abuses based on caste, creed, religion or ideology and sexually explicit words should form the first lot of group of words, which if addressed to another person should be considered trolling. Such posts should immediately removed and aa preliminary warning issued to the one who posts such message. If it si repeated, he should invite some fine and for third offense against the same person, some simple impprisonment should be thought of. Some tech based mechanism to weed out such posts would be right step in this direction. more

I request all Indians to support police ,but shall also request public at large to oppose fraud cases registered by police. Indian police is best in lodging false cases and farzi matters is in their intrest.
