Inputs on Roll Out of Swachh Bharat Local Circles

Dear Friends,

Many of you through your comments had asked if there was a Swachh Bharat local circle in your area. Currently, we have initiated 23 Swachh Bharat local circles for Delhi/NCR (11 locations), Mumbai (7 locations), Hyderabad (2 locations) and Bangalore (3 locations)

You can search for a local circle in your area at:
http://tinyurl.com/nong6hd

In addition to the Ministry and Citizens, we are keen to invite bodies like Local Municipal Corporation, State Government, Local Elected Representatives and if feasible a few NGOs who operate in the area of Cleanliness. We would also like to have a few Citizen Volunteers who are passionate about Swachh Bharat and can facilitate/lead the initiative at a local level.

The same connectivity then needs to flow down from a Constituency/City level circle to Neighborhood/Colony level circles. Any member can start a local circle for their neighborhood and invite fellow residents using the Create Circle option.

If you have ideas on how this can be best executed or if you would like to play a role in your constituency local circle, please submit your comments along with your location/Swachh Bharat local circle name.

Only together we can make it a Swachh Neighborhood, a Swachh City and a Swachh Bharat!

When asked them not to allow this or clean the poo, they start arguing. Do anybody has any suggestion, how to deal with it. Is there anything that we can do legally more
