If National Swachh Bharat Mission Directorate does not have jurisdiction over the ULBs then either they get involved with ULBs or get in position to request them to get the Swachh Bharat Mission going. If it can't do anything then its simply is wasting its and our time. There are no of suggestion given through these chit chat and if they can't be acted upon they people who are giving these input will get demoralised and stop all suggestions. more
