Installing/Maintaining Dustbins: Inputs Sought
In my opinion the proper management of Dust bin must be taken at first by the concern authorities prior to increase the number of dust bins. Rgds.

people seize the vacant spaces with the involvement politicians and dumping wastes at all places.Others feel it is the job of govt to clean areas and start blaming the govt .Thisi is permitted as it is a fertile ground for all to make money.Poor rag pickers do a job and nobody takes care of them. Govt ,residents and corporate should take care of them and provide wages and tools and this should be collected form residents of that area.This will take care of employment problems and also keep the area clean.Some courts have also stated that proper safety equipments,tools and methods to be provided to them more
