Increasing Number of Dustbins in a City

1. RWAs should be instructed to install and maintain dustbins in their area
2. RWAs should also ask all the residents to install a dustbin outside their houses
3. It should be made mandatory for the market associations to install and maintain dustbins in their market
4. Associations should coordinate with their municipality for the maintenance of the dustbins
5. ULBs should make sure that their workers are trained in handling the dustbins well so that they do not break and last longer
6. NGOs could tie up with corporates to get funds for installation and maintenance of dustbins across the city
7. Organisations could donate dustbins with their names printed on it
8. Concrete bins could be installed to prevent breaking and pilferage
9. Dustbins should be given specific number for identification of complaint and get action accordingly
10. The municipal workers should be tasked with reporting any broken/missing dustbin in their area
11. The bins could also be strong polythene bag hung on a ring. These bags can be disposed every morning and new bags could be hung up. more

Who will take charge if RWA does not fulfill the social responsibility or let us if member is irresponsible. This RWA business is totally hoax. They get elected to escape from illegal activities like occupation of Authority land, escape from getting fined by paying bribes, make their own by laws and that too change for suitability more
