Instant Loan apps need to be regulated asap
Instant loan is a trap and bullying by their recovery agents is horrible beyond imagination. This should be regulated, else it will destroy many lives and families. Request localcircles to take this up please. RBI I think will have to act. more

Off late this is very common. Probably this is a sort of harassment for Common People. Such agencies must be taken to task. more

This happens because of our unending greed for money forgetting our own interests. However, the cases of such traps have increased immensely during last six months or so and its high time now that the gobernment/RBI acts urgently and strictly against such phenonena. more

They are the veiled death traps tarnishing the image of the borrower and also making his known circles aware of the default. When ultimately the loan is recovered, will such apps persons restore the lost pride / respect ? When there is a governing body to monitor Advertisement content of the TV etc, why cant the Govt put in place a governing/regulating body to monitor the apps and find out if any such unauthorized apps are operating and immediately ban / deny / restrict/ stop the access to such apps and the website on which such apps are available for down load. Is it not the responsibility of the App plat forms to check the veracity of such duping/ dubious apps and to prevent hosting them on their respective platforms? more
