Instigations endangering Fraternity - to be fast eradicated

Enmity between Castes/Classes/Religions though confined as anti National/Social, carried by ill-full Political Parties since adoption of Constitution. This Serious and dangerous system practice in Rule at least now to be put to an end Constitutionally. Intrigues continuing rigorously since 5 years resorting to several incidents both indulging in and creating rumours. While the auspicious process of Hindu –Muslim Stalwarts on Ayodhya is to conclude by next month, Issues of WB Killings, Delhi Temple, and other Church issues etc poisoning to break the Oneness of Humanity and Morality resulting in continuance of Jealousy, enmity and rivalry.
Castes/races except SC/ST those in Forest and Tribal Areas shall be stopped for all Government Provisions while Religious Conversions other than the strict belief, faith and follow shall be Banned conditioning that One Man One Religion or belief under Articles relating to ‘Right to Freedom of Religion.
National integrity is thus challenged. THESE ARE ESSENTIALLY NECESSARY IN TERMS OF THE GUARANTEES CONTEMPLATED IN THE PREAMBLE OF INDIAN CONSTITUTION and hence to be Constitutionally mandated comprehensively with specific clauses please. more  

Policing to be more vigilant in identifying intrigues, instigators rumor creators SINCE EVERY TIME THOSE RETALIATE ONLY ARE CHARGED UNDER LAW. This is why, instigations, provocations, rumor creators since 2 decades have been increasing . more
