INSULIN FROM BONES

For diabetic patients : When pancreas stop secreting insulin then body fulfills this requirement from the body bones which have storage of insulin. Sufficient Insulin in the bones is produced by doing brisk walking and other exercises and diabetic patient gets some relief as Insulin in the body is now drawn from the bones. Hence, diabetic patients must do regular walking and exercises which is very beneficial as insulin requirement in the body is fulfilled from the bones. more

If you want to get rid of diabetes and debilitating effect of medication the do the following: a) Do vigorous exercises for more than 1 hour every day (strength building in a gym & aerobic like brisk walking) so that you can increase your heart beats to 120-130 beats per minute b) Switch to vegan diet (only plant sourced food - no meat, fish, milk or any dairy product). c) Drink green juice from green vegetables so that you get vegetables in raw uncooked form. I did above and I am now not taking any medication for blood pressure, cholesterol & diabetes. more
One does not need animal protein to be healthy. Rather all food sourced from animals causes inflammation leading to various diseases. more
Absolutely right - except that 'animal protein' is highly recommended for diabetics. I am largely a vegetarian myself - but chicken and fish are highly recommended. On the other hand - lowering the consumption of grains (including wheat, particularly in refined form like maida) is very useful. Switch to besan or multi-grain - to the extent possible. more
I believe that the diet and exercise can help in improving the situation for those suffering from diabetes. However what ever anyone is doing for it should never stop or reduce the dose of medication to keep in check without consulting a medical doctor. Many Ayurveda medicines also claim cure for diabetes. But the risk is so grave that chance taking is not at all advisable. more
In India ,There are more doctors than who have passed MBBS or MD/MS. This is unfortunate!! ________________________________ From: J P SINGH Shishodia Sent: Friday, August 10, 2018 12:40:09 PM To: bhatiakanwal@hotmail.com Subject: Commented on "INSULIN FROM BONES" more
Thanks Mr Kanwal Jit Singh Bhatia for your comments and sharing the knowledge. You are right little knowledge is dangerous thing. It is universally known that insulin is produced by Pancreas and does not reflect in anyway a deep knowledge of medical profession. Discussion on Local circle is only to share experiences and knowledge gained through media, hearing or through any other means. Here whatever you or me are sharing is not a gospel truth. Choice/option is still there in case of doubt to consult MO or any professional expert what so ever of any field. What you write also may not be right and can not be taken as advice from an expert. It is both ways. Here we do not have to give a documentary evidence for what we share neither you and I can prove that we are competent enough to write here and share any opinion. I simply wrote after reading somewhere that some part of insulin is stored in the bones and when pancreas stop secreting the insulin then body draws insulin from the bones and it is only possible if one does brisk walking and some amount of exercises physically everyday. I never said that pancreas does not produce insulin. Regards J P Singh Noida more
