Insurance companies fraud
Biggest scam by Insurance companies are committed in India. The Unit linked insurance plan is one where promises are made by agents /managers/representatives of companies that you will get value of Units as per market after five years.Units are in linked with stock market or security markets.
I purchased unit linked insurance plan from AVIVA Insurance. I paid three installments and after collecting third installment ,AVIVA insurance returned my third installment in order to deprive me of my savings in Units linked to insurance plan.
My policy No WLG1573871 has units as per company record.As company has deducted many charges still no of units and value of those units is above Rs 300000 ( Rs 3 Lac).But company is offering to settle by paying Rs 27000/ only.
The Ombudsman of insurance advised me to go to court. It is matter of shame that Insurance regulatory authority is permitting this scam and have given go ahead to companies to cheat honest citizens of this nation and depriving them of their hard earned savings.
Regulatory authority must act and save Unit linked insurance plan savings by directing companies to pay value of units as on date without fail. more

When our Top ministers are supporting 100% FDI in insurance for foreign fund despite of our gov agency LIC which is PSU. How can one act against pvt firm, it could effect the decision of foreign companies. This is the irony of Indians that after more than 65 yrs of freedom, not free from our own system. Just piled up agency against another agency or SIT/ Committee etc. Common men just fed-up of this. more

SIR, IT IS FATE , AFTER DEMISE OF MY INMATES I WENT AS A SUCCESSOR , THERE IS AUTO DEBIT FROM ONE OF THE BANK FOR PAYING PENSION FUND , I WENT DIRECTLY ICICI OFFICE REQUESTING ,THEN I WENT TO BANK AND SAID STOP ACCEPTING AUTO DEBIT AND IT WAS ACCEPTED LATER I FOUND WHEN I HAPPEN TO REALIZE THE MONEY FOR PENSION FUND SCHEME IN ICICI I FOUND THE POINTS GENERATED GOT DECREASED DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF AUTO DEBIT ,I SPOKE TO CONCERN STAFF INSIDE THE OFFICE NOR THEY KNOW THEY ARE ONLY BROKERS TO SELLTHE PRODUCT AND SAID WE REDUCE THE POINTS ,EVEN THE CONCERN PERSON DEMISE WE DONT CARE , JUST TAKE WHAT WE GIVE , I WAITED AND ASKED IS THERE ANY FUTURE SHARE WOULD RISE THEY SIMPLY SAID DUE DO DEMISE EITHER U HAVE TO RETURN IMMEDIATELY, I SAID AS DEMISED PERSON WAITED FOR YEAR FOR RAISING PENSION SHARE , ALL THAT UR SAYING AFTER DEMISE TAKE OUT AND LEAVE more
