Insurance Grievances - Inputs Needed
1.Insurance cos should be user friendly in service.
2.It is between life and death, so they should give a service like an Angel.
3.We pay our premium but when it comes to reimbursement or claim it becomes worst. It should be the other way.
4.Most of the sickness and walk in should be considered for claim.
5.No one know who will suffer for what so the claim should be like a life giving bread.
6.The claims should be made very easy so that in case of emergency the children also should know how to claim in the absence of the parents.
7.Documentation should be minimum and that should not be the cause for death of the insurer. more
