Interest component missing when PF online transfer

Hi, I have transferred PF from from old PF A/C to new PF A/C via online, it got settled on September 2015as per the status online. when i download passbook under UAN site (new PF A/C passbook) only principle amount is reflected under the transferred amount. the interest amount from April to September is missing. I have raised this issue under EPFO grievance, both RO (old A/Cand New A/C) offices are replied saying interest credited for April to September 2015. The interest amount is neither reflected in UAN passbook nor on PF slip(PF slips 2015-2016). pls let me know how to resolve this issue..? more

Hi Ashok and Ganesh, Thanks for your views...! I have verified already principle amount transferred and interest from April to September is missing. when I download old passbook , only one entry is there " Claim Against PARA 57(1) amount" for principle amount. Interest amount is missing. both entries should be there as i have seen in my colleague passbook(transferred case). Regards, Somasekhar more
Hello Somasekhar, Interest amount is not separately shown in the transfer voucher but it is included. You can verify this by downloading the passbook for your previous PF account number or you can request for Annexure K. Ganesh Shetty Swift Business Solutions,Subedarpalya, Bangalore 9845114411 more
