Interest for 19-20
Has anybody received Interest for 2019-20 credited in their account? News said 8.15% would be credited by Diwali but I couldn't see anything in my account. more

If you have any specific office order in regard to rate of interest @8.15% please mention, only media information having no base against which we can claim anything. more

It was not a question of claim. Such notification/ office circular is never issued to public. Instead they credit interests. It was just to check.

Forget the interest rate. They made my EPF balance as zero without any claim. All I did was I had applied for transfer of my EPF balance from RO Bandra (Mumbai) to RO Bommasandra (Bengaluru) office in February 2020. Now my EPF balance is zero in both establishments. I have been following up with them since July 2020 and Bandra office says contact Bommasandra office and Bommasandra office says contact Bandra office without any solution. RO Bandra office is not even allowing in-person meetings with their office staff to clear the issue because of Covid. more

Consulted my former employer HR dept. Hope I will get my EPF balance back to my account. RO Bandra office is very lacklustre in service. Their replies are always irrelevant to the queries. more

Normally the steps / status is recorded in your portal or at least available with your employer. Most of the employer have consultants to handle this. more
