Physiotherapy is required for your problem. A small solution : 1. Take a long ( say 1.5 to 2.0 meters ) Dupatta / Gamcha type cloth and fold it into a strip of 4-5 inches. Tie/Roll this Strip tightly around your calf portion, which is paining , for around 20 minutes. You must strap this strip tightly so that your calf gets pressed & is kept pressed in same condition for at least 15-*20 minutes. Then release this strap like strip.
