interrupting call by Vodafone for listen their message for AADHAR link
today i was on phone, it was urgent, suddenly in between communication interrupting by Vodafone authority holding call for spreading campaigning for Aadhar card through playing recording..
i made complaint call centre,
it is really facing harassment , all time public making complaint , they suppose to have some manners , and right to privacy. more

The message over phone to the captive customer is most unethical. Recently I wished to make a complaint about Credit card and had to wait for a seemingly unending message to wind up before getting through. I also had a funny experience with the Emergency Gas number who refused to listen to my complaint because I wanted their feedback on my landline and not my mobile phone which was then out of order. It was mystifying because the landline is registered with them for booking refill so why should they refuse to register my complaint regarding a leaking cylinder? Recently my sister overseas wished to contact me on my mobile phone and was surprised to receive an interminably long advertisement jingle in praise of BSNL. The telecom regulatory authority need to be made accountable to public. Talking big is not the only job, they must also see day to day customer service by telecom providers is as per law and enforce some quality. I am using connections of three companies and all three are pathetic. How will india become digitally smart with such poor telecom i wonder. Tata Docomo i surrendered, it was the worst. Yes, my Mtnl connection works via bsnl everywhere but speech quality can be atrocious. more

Change to IDEA. That's how they will learn. I would not advise anyone to go to AIRTEL as they are as bad. more

IDEA , they are thugs. first, they will say your service to fashion world started at rs xyz per month then they will send a message your request received. What a divine deception technique considering that you never made a request. And then threats and harassment and a rule that once started it cannot be stopped for three months and ring some number until you tell them enough is enough. All telecom service providers are thugs giving poor connectivity and the same interruption message problem, duly assisted by our govt. more
