Interval Walking

As pointed out by Mr. Jain, I agree walking needs to be supplemented with diet control etc. for weight control.

Just on the walking regimen - a number of studies have shown that an Interval Walking Routine is much more beneficial for diabetes, weight loss, etc.

I follow the attached interval walking routine (copied from the internet with due acknowledgement) for my morning walks. You can increase or reduce the duration of your walks by changing the number of cycles of brisk - moderate - fast - slow cycles. more

This is a good composition of the walking schedule,Rajeev, & a good use of the rarely used alarm scheduling in the mobile too. Thanks. more
