Introduce some only general class fast trains.
Present scenario---
------We have some passenger trains which stop at almost every station and the time taken for journey is huge.
----There are some general bogies attached to mail/express/superfast trains.But the number of such coaches is very less and such coaches are usually overcrowded and people try to enter reservation compartments when they do not get the seats.
---Most of the people travelling in genaral class for long distance travel have to go through a lot of hardships.
---It is recommended to start 6-8 such superfast trains which only have general class compartments.
---Delhi to Kanya kumari,Mumbai to Kolkata ,Delhi to Mumbai,Mumbai to Chenna,Chennai to Kolkata and Kolkata to Delhi...Intention is to target long distance routes.
---These trains could be run twice a week so that people can plan their travel accordingly ..
---This will reduce the congestion in trains,particularly in reservation compartments.
--People travelling in such trains should be required to carry ID proofs ..Without ID proofs,nobody should be allowed to board the trains.
---This will have a huge positive response from public.
---This could be termed as one of the best administrative steps taken. more

I do not understand what could be the problems of the suggestions are considered..The suggestion is poor friendly and would help millions of Indians everyday more
