Investigate all property sales transactions
lets ask CVC and CBI and ED, any other bodies to investigate all the sales by builders in last 10 years. Mantri and Babus money is tied up in builders. Kachha Went Pakka through foreig route and for a 2 cr apt in gurgaon someone paid white money of 4 cr. If all transactions of DLF, Unitech, many others are investigated, truth will come out. Real estate will become affordable in India. We currently pay 10 X for quality Y while New York London pay 10X for quality 10 Y. Transparency, get this investigated. more

Cooking up books to hide any black money transaction is not a big job. Getting such books audited also is not a difficult job. Which investigating agency is not corrupt? If not corrupt who doesn't bend to political pressure. All is possible in India so long as Rs.1000 notes are readily available. Why are we showing helplessness?? Lets demand with all politicians with ONE VOICE Lets form People's Movement on this subject of corrupt Mantris, MPS, MLAS and Bureaucrats and Officials in nexus with Builders who are doing "roundtripping" of all the black illgotten "kickbacks"and launder them for the common good!!! PM & FM and all MPs all are aware; then why are they fooling the Indian citizens?? The "roundtripped" money is invested as FDIs. Further, if we have concrete proof (which is not difficcult to obtain), lets file mass PILs against individual offenders like DLF and UNITECH or LODHAs etc. The corrupt money is either squandered on foreign junkets or living ife too luxuriously without a care for the nation.....This is how our Netas are in actual lifestyle, with innumerable luxury cars and massive investment in India and Overseas and blated bank acounts in Tax Havens !!! The Politicians, the Industrialists and Builders have already looted in lakhs of crores from PSU Banks in the form of Non Performing Loans and Assets, which will never be repaid,,,,this is all our hard earned taxes and deposits, my dear Indians!!! You cn already see how SAHARA Owners are treated with KID GLOVES despite looting the poor investors !!! All political parties, Congress, BJP and Regional are in sync and hand in glove to perpetuate this kind of Corrupt Raj into Dynastic Rule!!! If we educated Indians can't take the initiative now...it will be too late for future generations...since Netagiri is now a rat race !!! more

If the number of cases in each town is more than expected, then in how many cases the CBI, ED & CVC can deal with. There should be licence to start any activity and penalty for failure to comply. Action through CBI, ED & CVC takes many years for imposing punishment. more

All the departments like CBI, ED & CVC has corrupt officials too. So we cannot expect transparency in investigation. more
