Sudesh: what you mentioned may be true. First is to gather information. For that, as you rightly pointed out, RTI needs to be filed. Why not take up the ownership and file the RTI yourself? That would be a good start. Best not to expect that someone else would do the job. more

Of course, if any Govt Scheme is intro duced with good object, the top beaurocrats and subordinates will always make the scheme to failure by indulging corrupt practices. If Govt seriously view these, it should take stronger punishment against the beaucrats and subordinates with iron hand. Will they do ? They will not do because they are also parties to such corrupt practices. God only save the people from those unscrupulous persons. more
