investors Clinic not honouring the credit Note.
I had booked a property through the investors clinic as they were the sole seller appointed by builder Spire Developers. it has been two years when i have made all payments to the builder. Broker Investors Clinic is not making the payments of its credit note. my visits, mails all has been waste. even the Owner Mr. Honey Katiyal also is not replying on the mails.
every week this broker gives full pages advertisement of selling the property. and also promise to give them discounts.
it is really a matter of concern that buyers are being cheated. they will only come to know when they make full payments. more

Talk to experts in Consumer Courts before you send any notice. You must do it withing two years of cause of action. more

There are some other Property agents who do not issue Credit notes and later-on donot pay such payments and sufferers are in thousands of Investors. The brokers generally do not refuse to pay but they linger on on some pretext or the other. As they do not refuse these payments, can Consumer courts or any other agency help in such matters where their commitments and delaying tactics are recorded in mobiles as a proof of their commitments. more
