IRCTC Account
We do not know whom we can write if we have issue with our account with IRCTC for ticket booking. My account is suspended though I have never mis-used it as it has been used for personal and family members ticket booking only. Can I know if some one in IRCTC can look at it ??? more

This is the problem I am experiencing with the irctc people. I think they are not ready to upgrade the software . Nowadays they are not ready to respond our complaints. Before starting local circle everything irctc is properly done. Here I want to bring to your kind esteemed office that if a local member complaint /suggestion sent there must be some reply through this message app. Need not send reply to them personally . The members can understand how you are dealing with. There should not be a big brother attitude .if you're publishing your views the members will get interest on tgat, Don't behave like congress people. Becos . Of that they have ruined. more

I wanted to create new user id as my address has been changed. I could not change the address . When tried to sign up with new user id for same e mail n mobile number, it did not accept. IRCTC must look into this aspect n amend the software for new account or edit the address. Even AADHAR card address could be edited online. why not for IRCTC???? more

It is a very genuine problem created by IRCTC itself. It happened to other customers as well. IRCTC must delete old registration and allow to use account with same e- mail Id and mobile number by some software corrections. IRCTC shall not force the customer to create another new account ,i.e new m mail Id and mobile number to use the on- line booking. The entire system will defeat the whole initiative when launched on- line booking Request IRCTC be more customer friendly. more

It is sad that IRCTC do not delete account or delete emailid even if email sent to care@irctc.co.in - Cannot create or recreate account.. more
