IRCTC iMUDRA looting

IRCTC iMUDRA eWallet is simply looting general public by not providing the obliged services. I paid ₹200/- for issue of physical debit card. As per terms and conditions they have to provide me the card within 15 days but to my agony they didn't fulfilled the service till date ( more than one month). There no proper redressal system. Their customer care is the worst. more

Rlys complaint method is outdated and ineffective. Only positive feedback reaches the authorities. Hence, everything is normal.... The negative complaint/feedback seems to be held back by Manager of catering coach or may be put in trash.... Suggestion: Put Mobile number near the toilets where the passenger can make complaint in structured manner : PNR, train no., date etc. It must reach to the concerned complaint management cell for action. The complainant must get the Complaint No. on the mobile... He /she must receive the message of the action taken..... more
All services of this government are oriented to loot common public. more
Ministry of Railways cunningly transferred all its ticketing etc functions to IRTC and has allowed it to loot. In the trains IRTC or their franchisees sell products like chips, biscuits etc above MRP and get away with it. Complaints have no effect. This is Modi's less of government and more of governance. God save us from slogans which are catchy and just that more
Please write a complaint to IRCTC on twitter and tag Ministry of Indian railways too. I think they will response you soon. more
If you do not get athe card in one month pl. register your complint in Public Greivance cell. Your complaint will be taken up with appropriate authorities for redressal.https://pgportal.gov.in/ more
