Hats off to Indian Railways for making IRCTC online booking workable. Its a great relief indeed.
Although these are simple things, it was never attended to earlier. We can bring about changes for the betterment if you have a will to do it.

No commission is fine for now. We don't want people to just book their tickets unnecessarily when the number of seats are less. It will cause the chaos. In fact, i believe, it should be increase more so that no extra booking is done. And, I agree with reducing the online ticket fair, if man power is actually costlier then online servers. more

I agree.. But The Commission on each ticket is a Killer these days. Its a Huge Commission for Both Booking and Cancellation. It can be reduced. more

Rather on-line tkts should be bit reduced in price as it requires less manpower to the railways . Let railways consider without depleting their resources more
