Even after amount is being debited from our bank accounts, ticket booking is failing. Reason 1: the channel of payment confirmation from Bank is not received in time Reason 2: The amount is being refunded. While second reason is simply a non sense, the first reason NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. THE NETWORK CONNECTIONS BY IRCTC NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED TO AVOID THE LOSS OF COMMUNICATION IN TIME. Ultimately, the consumers are facing trouble in booking and travelling. I faced this problem more than 20 times, 3 times in 10 day time in January itself. I can provide proof also if needed. more  
While booking tickets for Sr.Citizens is it possible to show if any lower birth is available when the "book now" button is clicked? This can avoid unnecessary cancellation though it adds to the railways coffer. more  
Why railway is not providing more AC coaches despite high demand? AC chair car for short distance. Railway AC fare is as good as air fare. But not value for money in terms of time taken , security and punctuality. How to curb it ? more
