IRCTC troubles

online booking for railway reservation is becoming inefficient day by day.
1. always slow in processing
2. can not be trusted any more
3. tatkal booking is now of no use
4. many a times i had trouble with waiting list tickets, but while on board, there are always so many seats found empty more
