IRCTC website is down and has logical issues
I though have a bigger problem with it. Many times for seniors we book berths where we check boxes 1) only book if lower berth is available 2) the berths need to be in same coach.
At this time the system knows what’s available whats not but regardless it takes user through the whole financial transaction inputting card numbers upi details OTP and then rejects the transactions.
Its like late 1990s.
We neeed the system to tell user upfront and only if requested berths available to the financial transaction.
Please get act together IRCTC and CRIS more
