IRCTC's implementation of new features is poor

Railways must note that IRCTC implementation of new features on its site is really really bad.

Now they have introduced an assistant called disha who pops up when u go to site accept she is unlike her name. when you go to cancel a ticket and you click on cancel ticket tab, the disha tab gets pressed instead. So one cant get to Cancel Ticket tab and keeps getting disha tab. There is no way to minimise Disha and get your task done.

I have observed many issues with site in last 3-4 months. Will let others share theirs before I share more. more

Biggest drawback is that, if you could not take the Print out of Ticket, do not have mail ID . It is almost impossible to take the Print, even there is no way you can go to BOOKED or CANCELLED TICKET History, as it was there in earlier Portal of booking. more  
All these turns out to crying in the wood. Same backdoor allotment is to continue. more  
The New IRCTC Site is really useless. Even I can't Logged in . & Even If I logged in I can;t Book the Ticket. It is showing Error msg. after entering Office GST No. I called & wrote several times to IRCTC But it is useless. Customer UNCARE Dept. will send Msg by allocating Complaint Id. for which they do not Know about the background. every time New Face will come with problem solved msg. The Official are Irresponsible as they do not have strong leadership. more
