What works best if someone is suffering from this condition. What has worked for others from a diet/ eat/dont eat standpoint. more

Try the following: 1. One glass of lukewarm water with ginger lemon honey on an empty stomach followed by upto 3 glasses of lukewarm water. You can start with 1 +1 and slowly increase to 1 +3 2. Drink one glass of lukewarm water every one and a half to two hours. 3. Drink about 10-12 glasses of lukewarm water per day including the morning ones 4. Eat light. 5 Eat your evening meal early say by seven so that food is digested before sleeping. 6. Eat fruits at least 2-3 hours after a meal and never with or immediately after the meal more  
Also get stool test done for any amoebas or any other infection and if take proper medication as prescribed by the doctors. more
