Anil Rathore

Is any one facing difficulties with Premia Infrastructures NOIDA? I have been running around them for my refund for over a year but of no avail. Have even registered a complaint against them to PMO but of little help since over 6 months now. The only option left is to knock the doors of Consumer Court, but I see little help there as another matter of mine is languishing in Consumer Court in Delhi for over 6 years now? Any advice in the matter? more

there are enough case laws on this matter. make a group and file case at National commmission pls see ncdrc.nic.in/ more

The conduct of builders is more like an encroacher, gundas, who through muscle pressure silence the complainant. Further, consumer court are sluggish in getting their orders executed, although of late they are very much pro-consumer complainants. more

File the case in the consumer court in the jurisdiction you are located. This is the only answer. more
