Is dengue mosquito still active in Delhi

Asking this as I believe we have some mosquito experts and several practicing doctors in this circle.

I would have thought the dengue mosquito has drastically reduced with cold weather.. more  

Cold weather does not reduce the population of mosquitoes. It is only extreme hot temperature, like 40-45C that finishes them faster. Remember one thing, Dengue mosquito stings in the day time, not at night and is more rampant in clear water- certainly not in drains. more
