IT Index collapsed by 4% yesterday as it continues to struggle

From 2 years ago:
- Salary Hikes: 15% down to 5%
- Revenue Growth: 19% down to 3%
- Hiring: Down 60%
- Headcount: Reduced for 1st time in 20 years

IT is a ticking economic time bomb, 8% of GDP, huge worry for India more
