Is it possible to Register my new flat without paying bribes

Thanks Sreekumar. There are others from my apartment complex who seems to have done it already without paying the bribe. And you are right that one has to have the patience and perseverance to succeed. I will be trying it myself and will share my experience. more

Hopefully but you may have to visit the office multiple time for getting concurrences of various clauses involved as a part of process of registration. Just like applying and appearing for a driving licence test without an agent! Our precious time has to shed for unreasonable requirements. But is good to try this case. Let us validate the actual scenario in a registration office more
