Is it Transform India ?
By Transform India, I hope they meant overall growth.
Then why is it, that I see people posting issues which impact their personal/ current growth.
How will discussing railway budget transform India?
And Customer service in government office !
They ask for root cause of an issue whose very existence is a result of another issue.
Dear BJP leaders,
I would request you to focus on the resolution that will transform India as whole. Transformation cannot be done in a day. It's a continues process.
For Example:
Mahatama Gandhi preached Satya & Ahinsa. Also please refer to his swaran bharat model. If thing were done correctly since the beginning we would have been living that dream.
Root cause means, from the root of the problem. Then why are we still stuck on the branch?
If you really want to make a difference go down to the root and then find the cause.
If we can't understand the issue, we can’t fix it.
First we have to stand on our feet, then we can walk and then run. We can’t just stumble our way to success.
If you can’t think of the ways, study the policies followed in other countries.
I had a lot to share, however i don't see this blog going anywhere. If our leaders do not understand the top issue drivers, then who will?
When i see a citizen posting an actual concern and none of the selfish people acknowledging that, it makes me sad.
A true leader also has to be a visionary.
PS: Spend some money and get some good staff to efficiently manage this blog. Or close it as its serving no good so far.

Senthil ji, Its our government we are talking about. They are the supreme power and command. All i meant was that a government should know basic organizational behaviour & root cause analysis. If government has difficulties organizing and fixing root cause to this blog, how can we hope that at a country level. more

Dear sir well said. but don't imagine and measure all in one scale. give ideas to do better. fro example if we go for textile show room they will have so many verities. we can select for our need and taste. we may not suggest the shop to close if they have what we like. please sir mint it. more
