I used to discuss with citizen on different issue during my Train Journey through which I can get real picture on different issues . Such things , I am forwarding here.
I met one person ( unknown ) , He told me that Our Judiciary system will be closed in next Month due to Summer . Judiciary Holiday system is just like school . Summer vacations , Diwali vacation and Christmas vacations etc . Whole employees in Judiciary system are Lucky , as they get good relaxation throughout year .
Is it True ? I think many of circle members may have idea .
That person wants same facility at least summer in all Government , semi Government & private department .
I replied him that I don't know , but if it is true , then also you should not compare yourself with Judiciary department . more

It should be made mandatory by the judicial system to limit the hearings, adjournments and also cases should have time limit to give final result. more

Dear Amit, You've bared it all. This is absolutely true for Litigants specially plaintiffs/ complainants. I am myself at the receiving end of this in a case u/s 138 prolonging for last 10 years now without any relief in sight despite a clear cut case. I do not know how many litigants like me are suffering this plight? I appeal to the judiciary to kindly cut down on these lavish privileges and get down to work out ways to resolution of outstanding cases faster. more

ha ha....so true...gud to see this post. Many a times I tell my friends that courts have more vacations than school children. How can u expect resolution of cases faster ? Please visit & see that even the officials work hours r also not being dedicated...coming late...going early...getting up whenever u wish to...no prior intimation by many in case of leave....pls check & see urself that the next date is being given after 10-11 months by many courts...there is no motivation or reason to dispose of cases fast...they know that they cant be terminated now once on seat...how public is being befooled everyone must know.. immense gap between what is being said and what is being done...total lack of will... litigants specially the plaintiff / complainant have started to feel that we have done the blunder by approaching the court... now keep coming for years... pls share to the max... public must know the ground reality. more
