Is railways scamming in refunds
Trains are late by 8-10 hours. I booked a train to go home for the festival, and the night before, I found out that the train was going to be 8 hours late. So, I canceled that booking and booked another train, and I only got a refund of 1050/-. I don't know how many of you are aware of this, but if a train is more than 3-4 hours late, you can file a TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt) and get a complete refund. I did that, but I didn't receive the refund. Now, in this situation, what's the fault of a middle class person? Just that they're middle class? Indian Railways, please sort this out this is becoming worse day by day. Attached proof more
