Is sacrificing a goat necessary
Eid Mubarak to all my Muslim friends. While we commemorate the Prophet's sacrifice, I request friends to consider the feelings of the goat while we make a sacrifice. Do we real need to persist with all ancient traditions?
Shouldn't we make a sacrifice too, to help others such as our Kerala and Kodagu friends? more

I am a hindu but i feel when we can not stop Hindus from eating NON vegetarian food(That also means killing chicken etc) wE HAVE NO MORAL right TO ask other religions to stop their practice. by the way 'Bali' is very common at durga puja time?? more

This is their religion, we can only suggest,but should not interfere. on other hand people can also raise questions that why human hairs are plucked one by one in jain dharam in some ceremonies, which is very painfull too. so we should not interfere in anybodys religion,this create unnecessary anger more

I request our Union Minister Menaka ji to protect nd make laws against such ritualistic sacrifices of goats too when so much hue nd cry is raised for dogs, cows nd other animals. Hope Govt.wl wake up. Goats also enjoy same rights to live as other animals. more

I strongly condemn this. Killing thousands of Goat only to practice religion. This money could have been donated for the victims of Kerala for their rehabilitation. It make us feel how backward we are in our thinking. There are muslims in Europe and other western countries also but you don't see them practicing this. more
