False case and FIR is done by the police for earn money from both parties, that too without any inquiry. And if there is inquiry, then the evidence is disappeared by the same police and done FIR on the innocents. So that for a long time, the business of extortion was going on and It's been running for a long time, everywhere in india. Why does not the government do anything about this? Whereas the government has taken the responsibility to end the corruption s.......?? Corruptions should end all over. Is the Justice just for the rich person only? more

The proposed Reforms are to include : 1 . The Reporter / Claimant / Petitioner's own information of Report shall form a valid attachment to the F.I.R. The present practice of drafting the Report themselves for signature of Reporter shall be totally banned . 2. The Affidavit of the Petitioners that is under practice of drafting by the Lawyer also shall be banned and the self Report / Affidavit of the Petitioner only is to be appended to the Vakalat . 3. There shall be automatic Penalty / Order for recovery of Costs , loss of Time and Prestige wherever the cases prove a negligent or intentional harassment . These will remove many problems to both of the Petitioners and Respondents as well as reduce at maximum the tactful interference of Police / Lawyer . more

Sarma sir this is a process and not implemented all across. I am not criticizing here but sensitizing that we need to help the law including the police to have it implemented.
