Is the Supreme Court serious about pending judgem
It has been noticed that on various manipulated grounds, cases are adjourned again and again at all levels of judiciary, but for what genuine reason can judgements/ verdicts be withheld/ unprounced indefinitely?Even the Supreme Court of India is no exception to this. On the other hand, the Supreme court should set an ideal example for other courts and Judicial machinery.

It is not only SC , look at consumer forum for last 6 years i am getting only dates, either other side dont turn up or no quorum of judges more

शंकर शरण जी आपने सही सवाल उठाया है ,वस्तुतः जो लोग भ्रस्ताचार के खिलाफ नारा लगाते है उनमे भी 90% वही होते है जो चाहते है पर मौका नहीं मिला भ्रस्टाचार करने का –तो सुधरना हमे है और बदलना पूरी व्यवस्था को है और बदलेगा ,शुरुआत हुयी है पर बहुत धीमी क्यूंकी अभी भी वोट बैंक की चिंता की जा रही है और उस का मुख्य कारण है आरक्षण चाहे अल्पसंख्यक को हो या दलित को –जिस दिन वोट बैंक की चिंता समाप्त होगी सुधार शुरू होगा बिना देखे सुने की अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी है या नहीं ?और यदि ऐसा नहीं हुआ तो होगा एक वर्ग संघर्ष जो खूनी होगा । more
