Is there any change in the working system of railways? I do not see any change as railways are working in the same old system.While travelling in AC compartment, either 1st class or 2nd class, I always find that window glass panel are dirty, not cleaned,toilet design as well as cleanliness is not good,quality of food served is below standard.

The only improvement which has taken place is increased fare and lot of restrictions on passengers. Nothing has been done keeping passengers in focus.

Government changes, but system remains the same. The system is resourceful in subterfuge and will negate good intent. Khao, pio, and enjoy with government and people's time and money is the main aim. Totally undemocratic system left by the British is still in place.
