Is trai's cable act is for the benefit of consumers?Who can protect the customers from the irrespons
After I realising that no one can make our own channel package selection as per trai's act without increasing monthly subscription.i made a pack through mera apna pack of dish tv site .In my selection i choose 3 paid channel's+best south value pack(185 channels that include most of my regional fti language channels)+25 dd channels

After contacting many times dish tv activate my new package as per my selection.after that I recharge with Rs 199.then all my fti channels changed and get get more than hundred channels from others languages that I can't understand. No changes in my three paid channels.then i go to my accounts through their site.that shows I'm now enjoying gujarathi fti pack.i don't know who select this.i contact many times to dishtv through ccare and email.till now my problem continuous...Where can I get justice?.Why trai impliment this?For the benefit of customers...?!/? Before the implimation i enjoy more than 125 channels including all my regional languages at Rs.165 and after... Rs 199 with 3 paid regional channels and gujarth fti? more

The complaint is very serious in nature .Please write directly to TRAI for solution. This is the case for many subscriber . If TRAI does not solve your problem , it will be understood that GOVT has no control over these TV channels and DTH service provider . It is a kind of sheer cheating. Pl. file case with Consumer forum and ask for heavy compensation. more

The Govt is deceiving us similar to Demonitization GST Aadhar and like They have no control over the TV Service provider and we will be forced to pay more for less channels Another move by Modi Govt. to help Jio, Airtel TATA and like to make money Soon we will be forced to go for Dish antenna for which we need to shell out more There is no guarantee on service quality since we do not have adequate infrastructure to support that many connections more

Trai's cable act is full of mess and the cable operators were not prepared to face the challenge arise out of the modification in the rules. The consumer (more particulars, the viewers of various popular serials) are mostly affected. more
