Issue in online PF Transfer

Hi,

My EPF is maintained by Genpact India PF Trust and EPS is maintained by RPFC Wazirpur.

I received a message 3months before that “Claim Form 13 for Transfer for Member Acct DLCPM002084600E0104680 received on 24.05.2016 and Claim ID DLCPM160550001203 is under process.” however nothing has been transfer till now.

So I have tried to do transfer through online but there is some error in online transfer due to which I am unable to process. The error is when I try to submit online transfer and click on preview option after filling all the information then I got a message that there is already a request in process.

And then when I click on the option to see the existing request then I got a message that “No Transfer claim found”.

Please let me know that how can I make this transfer.

Regards

Mr Lokesh Since your PF is maintained by trust and EPS accumulation deposited in PF Office. you need to submit two claims first is form-13 to EPFO office for transferring the EPS accumulation from RPFC Wazirpur to current RPFC Office. In this case, if you have submitted the form-13 through previous employer, you will contact to your previous employer for approving the claim through digital signature and then after it will approve by EPFO field officer and in this case no amount will be transfer from RPFC office Only you will receive Annexure-K in which your past service details is mentioned. However, you have already submitted your claim but the status is not reflecting then you lodge your complain on epfigms.gov.in. Here you submit your details and write a written statement. Second form for transfer of EPF amount to be submitted to your trust office as per their own format and amount will be transferred by your PF trust to your current PF account. Since your establishment is exempted establishment, the grievances portal will not accept your complain. However, you are having an EPS Account number. which is related to your Wazirpur PF Office.
You can lodge complain by your EPS Account No. and in complain section write a complain regarding PES and your trust. more
Hi Sir! Thanks for the reply. I tried lodging a Grievance It got rejected as Genpact trust is exempted establishment they were unable to help. more
I need to withdraw my PF and have sent the documents also at Genpact Trust Office Jhilmil industrial area on and as per my courier tracking it was received on 20th March. However there’s no update from the same. I have been calling them but no one answer. What should I do ?? Please suggest as I’m unemployed and need funds. more
Your Provident Fund contributions are maintained by Genpact Trust and EPS is by RPFC Wazirpur. Then you have to submit two claim forms for transfer one for Genpact Turst for Provident Fund and another to RPFC for transfer of EPS contributions. When the EPS contributions are transferred you will get intimation from RPFC along with annexure-K. For provident fund contributions the amount is reflected in annual statement, if Gen Pact transfer the Provident Fund Contributions to your present PF account. In PF statement the EPS contributions are not reflected. more
Hi Lokesh Please contact your old employer where you had initiated the transfer of funds as it need to be approved by them. Once the approval is done online then the funds will get transferred to your new account. more
you can raise two grievances in FPFO grievances cell for both old and current PF account. Definitely you will get some response. more
