Issues with Telecom service providers

I had Airtel personal sim. Suddenly last month I have started facing problem as all my commercial messages have been stopped including OTP and other automatic bank account related messages. Calling their customer service, writing to nodal officer, visiting a store didn't solve my problem. Then I ported my number to Vodafone. Still not receiving the commercial messages. Called Vodafone customer service, they say it will be resolved within 24 hours, but not resolved even after 3 weeks. As I'm not receiving messages, I don't have any record for my complaints. No responsibility from the service providers towards customers. Any suggestions from experienced customers in this regard.

All you do is. 1 insist the service provider to resolve in your presence. 2 write a strong letter to the service providers quoting all your issues and get it delivered personally. Obtain the official signage,name,date,time etc. 3 in the letter you say,if your problems are resolved in your presence,tell them,you will drag them to social media. 4 you mark cc to the telecom regulatory authority and send it by registered a.d. 5 request your bank to provide you back up,r incase they have any provision ,else submit a copy of your letter to service provider for their information. This is required because bank also try to shirk their responsibilities. If you fail to get your problems resolved drag the service provider to the social media. Your all issues will be resolved. Do share your achievements in this group.
Write to the bank on this n tske a reply, then meet the telecom service. Get the sim replaced, might help.
DEAR ANURADHA,please take guidance from the NATIONAL HELP LINE FOR THE CONSUMERS 1600 11 4000.Meanwhile file a GD with the local police station.Send the copy of the acknowledged complain to the AIRTEL.You may also lodge complain with the TRAI....Act carefully and logically and have patience..you can fix such errant TELE SERVICE PROVIDER.With kind regards.BN DAS
Dear Mr. Anil Sharma, You raised your apprehension . In the event the complainant either receiving or not, what is in your mind or what suggestions can you share is more important than leaving your question half the way.
Are you not receiving any messages ? or are you missing only bank messages. Both are different kinds of problems and need to be addressed accordingly..
I receive individual-direct person to person messages. I checked the settings, blocked settings etc.
I'm not receiving any commercial messages including bank related. Even not receiving the docket no for complaints registered with the service provider which is automatic replies.
