It is very disappointed and unpleasant steps from Ministry of Finance. There is no logic on this. If they accumulated the cash they are also black marketers/black money holders and looters. Why they have not accounted the amount to their party fund and not paid tax? There should not be any exception to the party. The individual holding the cash will bring out as part of the party fund and will make their black money in to white. There are heavy unaccounted money holding by various party leaders in their personal custody. This is not at all acceptable to any one. All these days all the opposition parties fought for the same and disrupted the entire winter session and making a heavy loss to the nation from our income tax amount. Mainly Congress, TMC, BSP SP and left parties were fighting all these days because of the heavy unaccounted money holding individually or in the party. Storing of money by any one whether political parties/individual/firm is an impact the rolling/rotation of cash among public and should be treated as fraud and must be punishable the way others are punished. The purpose of demonetization will totally failure if the Government take this ugly steps. The penalty must be imposed to the political parties too since these unaccounted amount are being used to capture the vote during the election distributing to illiterate and other poor people. This is a source of vote bank and ministry must aware and move accordingly. By this decision what is the different between a common man and party. Both are in the same category and is treated as criminal and the same policy what the government extending to a common public must be treated in the same form to the political parties and its leaders. There should not be any deviation on this. The Ministry should rethink and suitably amend if they decided to do so. more
