It is learnt that An MP gets separate pension for each term he/she serves. If that is so a person remaining MP for eight terms is entitled to eight pensions. As compared to that a Govt. employee has to serve at least 33 years to get one full pension. India is one country where MPs decide their own salary and perks, which is unfair. There should be an independent body to decide on salary, perks and pensions of MPs and the system of multiple pensions should be given a fresh look and scrapped. I hope the new Govt. will look into this. more

I agree this ...when common man does have food for 3 times in a day how come all the MPs are eating public money by getting pensions and other perks..This kind of discrimination should abolish and Modi Govt should take iniatiativeness and take necessary steps to avoid more
